Missing teeth can hamper a patient’s ability to chew food, and it can cause the teeth bordering the gap to drift from their natural position and alignment.
To avoid the consequences of lost teeth, Hollis Dental Practice can fill the gap left by a missing tooth with a Dental Bridge. A Dental Bridge involves anchoring a prosthetic tooth to one or two natural teeth on either side to replace the missing tooth.
A Dental Bridge usually requires at least two visits to our practice. On the first visit, we make impressions of your teeth before sending it to a Dental Lab. On the second visit, we place and cement the bridge in your mouth where it functions and looks like a natural tooth.
We have been coming to this dental practice for over 25 years and during that time have received first class treatment in a friendly & professional environment. Many thanks.
I registered at the practice as an NHS patient and I was very pleasantly surprised. Friendly receptionist and the dentist Dr Sam Protty was brilliant (and calming). He told me straight away what is the issue with my front teeth what other dentists failed to identify in the past 5 years.
